You agree not to use ValueColony to:

Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
Post fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading listings, applications, or revenue events.
Circumvent platform fees by routing payments outside the Service after a match was made on the Service.
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user.
Attempt to access another user's account or partnership data without authorization.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any infrastructure.
Send spam or unsolicited promotional content via in-app messages or platform notifications.
Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
Use the Service for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing illegal activity.

Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, suspension, termination, removal of content, refund reversal, and/or referral to law enforcement.
