- Account data: email, display name, password hash.
- Profile data: bio, role preference, Stripe Connect account ID.
- Marketplace data: listings, applications, messages, partnership state, revenue events.
- Technical data: IP, browser, device, log data.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (notifications, account events), prevent abuse, and comply with law.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of contract, our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), your consent (where required), and legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We share data with: Stripe (payments), Lovable Cloud / Supabase (hosting & database), email infrastructure providers (transactional email), and law enforcement when legally required.
5. Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes). You can request deletion by emailing us.
6. Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@valuecolony.com.
7. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS, hashed passwords, role-based access, RLS). No system is 100% secure.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16.
10. Changes
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
